Transfer of Health Science and Technology Park lands to technology companies and units

The main mission of the park is to support technology companies active in the field of health technology through a 30-year lease of land for the construction of a factory to develop production space and expand the market for manufactured products. The activities of applicant companies must be in accordance with one of the paragraphs 2, 5 and 8 of the table "List of Knowledge-Based Goods and Services" and the company must have the necessary financial capacity to provide the necessary capital to build a production site. The conditions for the assignment are as follows:

Assignment

Plots with an area of ​​500 to 2000 square meters in park land located in Tehran,  Yaftabad, Shahid Rajaee Street, Imam Ali (AS) Square, Omrani Street, next to Hakim Children's Hospital, Postal Code: 1375946316

Land facilities

10 hectares of parceled land with asphalt, grading, and perimeter wall within the urban area

Has the approval of the Municipal Article 5 Commission with a construction permit for 2 basement floors and 3 ground floors with an occupancy level of 40 percent

30-year ownership of the manufactured goods by the company and its purchase at current prices by the university after 30 years

Availability of water and electricity in the workshop

Possibility of supplying electricity and water required by the industry for up to one year after the establishment of the company

Conditions of assignment

30 years lease of land to the company without transfer of ownership

Receiving 10% of the land price approved by selected university experts (350 million rials by the end of 1402) upon signing the contract and another 10% upon delivery of the branches to the company.

Receive a promissory note equal to 10% of the total land price   (Guide to completing the promissory note)

Receive 3 to 5 percent annual royalty from the sale of products produced in the park

Admission Process

• Complete and send the establishment application form  and company introduction slide to the following address: stp@sina.tums.ac.ir  ( The company name and the phrase "Application for Land Acceptance" must be included in the subject line of the email.)

• Receiving documentation and reviewing it in the Park Executive Council

• Valuation of the requested land in the selected committee for the valuation of technology services in the area of ​​the University Science and Technology Park

• Submitting approved items to the Park Supreme Council

• Signing a contract with the company if approved by the Supreme Park Council.
